    Tour’s Program

    Upon arrival in Prague meet your Pacha tours representative and transfer to your hotel.

    Discover the city, once the Capital of the Holy Roman Empire, such as magnificent library the Strahov Monastery and the Church of Our Lady of Loreto built during thirty year wars, and the Czernin Palace, nowadays Ministry of Foreign affairs. Continue to Hradcany Square, famous for its Baroque and Renaissance palaces, and the Door of the Giants, by which we will enter the Prague Castle, the largest fortified complex in the world. You can admire the impressive St. Vitus Cathedral, site of coronations. There is time for optional visit to the Golden Lane, world famous for hosting the alchemists of the time Rudolf II and Franz Kafka.
    You will then continue to lower town, called Mala Strana, by taking the royal path. Nerudova Street will lead you to the St. Nicolas Church, a baroque architectural gem of central Europe. After lunch you will reach Charles Bridge. Passing by the Gothic Tower, you will arrive at Old Town square and the Astronomical Clock. You will discover the Jewish District housing the oldest synagogue in Europe called Old New Synagogue. It is optional to visit the Jewish Cemetry where Rabbi Lowe, who according to legend, breathed life of the Golem.Then you will take the Celetna Street to the Powder Tower and Municipal House.

    After breakfast, departure by bus to the picturesque village of Holasovice classified UNESCO for its architectural ensemble called Rural Baroque. We will stop for photo shots. Continue to Cesky Krumlov, a beautiful medieval town dominated by the castle’s multicolored dungeon. Cesky Krumlov, whose historic center is a world Heritage site by UNESCO, is one of the landmarks of the Czech Republic. The panorama of the tiered town on a rocky peak offers many viewpoints. Continue to the nearby town of Ceske Budejovice for a tour of the historic centre. MEALS: BLD (124 mi)

    Departure to Vienna, passing through the towns of Telc and Trebic, both declared World Heritage by UNESCO. After lunch continue to Vienna, imperial capital of Austria. Panaromic tour through the famous Ring Strasse. This lavish boulevard is bordered by the most important monuments of the city such as the Opera House, City Hall and the Museum of Fine Arts. Then walking tour of the historic centre of Vienna and discover the St. Stephen’s Basilica, built in the thirteenth century in Romanesque style and redesigned in the gothic style.     Departure for Bratislava. Guided walking tour in the historic centre of the current Slovak capital, and an old capital of the Hungarian Kingdom during the Ottoman wars. After lunch continue to Budapest. Upon arrival, a city tour by bus to discover Buda quarter with Royal Castle. Buda district is a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage. Passage to the Saint- Mathias Church, a neo-gothic style where Hungarian rulers received the crown of St. Stephen. Then explore the outer of the Fisherman bastion, a complex of Romanesque ramparts and turrets with stunning city views. Continue through Pest quarter and discover the famous Parliament, inspired in part by the Parliament in London, neo-gothic cathedral-style; the majestic façade extends 268 m along the banks of the Danube. Outdoor discovery of St. Stephen’s Basilica with 96m dome is visible from almost all parts of the city. Passing by the elegant Andrassy Avenue flanked by magnificent villas and mansions you arrive at Heroes Square, the largest in the capital, adorned with statues of the founders of Hungary.
